All machine castings are made of high-quality resin sand at high temperatures, undergo a complete annealing process, and are naturally aged for 3-6 months or more. The all-cast iron base structure enhances machine stability, shock resistance, and high rigidity. The spindle housing features a unique herringbone shape with heat sinks, and the optimal stress span has been calculated using mechanical engineering principles. It incorporates a Taiwan-made precision-coated integral spindle to ensure maximum axial and radial cutting volume and machining accuracy. The 40” slant bed design ensures stable operation, convenient clamping, and smooth feed. All precision component contact surfaces are manually scraped and ground. The transmission system utilizes imported heavy-duty linear guides and precision ball screw assemblies driven by an imported servo motor, achieving a repeatability of 0.0025mm to ensure the quality of machined parts. All precision transmission components are lubricated using an automatic timed and metered oil supply system. The hydraulic system employs Taiwanese motors and hydraulic pumps, equipped with an air-cooling device, and utilizes Taiwanese high-speed hollow rotary cylinders to ensure stable chuck clamping force, easy adjustment, low noise, and low oil temperature. The Taiwanese control system is easy to program, highly intelligent, responsive, and stable, supporting up to six-axis simultaneous machining. It is suitable for machining various non-ferrous metals and high-hardness steel products requiring high precision and high gloss. The fully enclosed machine tool casing offers strong resistance to deformation, excellent waterproofing, ergonomic design, safe operation, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
